Description
This single-vineyard rosé wine results from a strict selection of Pinot Grigio grapes. It takes its name from a 13th century Abbess called Mater Anna. The vines are Guyot-trained.
Style
It is a fresh, well balanced and fruity wine with elegant, floral notes and hints of pear and apricot.

To be served chilled, with starters, delicate first course dishes, fish and white meat.
To be served at 8-10° C.
