Ambizione dell’azienda è portare nel futuro, con codici stilistici rinnovati, tutta l’esperienza vitivinicola consolidata in 100 anni di storia. Ciò è possibile combinando l’esperienza centenaria e la piena comprensione del potenziale del terroir della Valpolicella con l’innovazione nello stile di
vinificazione.
Accanto al Presidente Umberto, lavorano i figli Riccardo Pasqua, Amministratore Delegato, Alessandro Pasqua, Presidente di Pasqua USA e Andrea Pasqua, Head of Business Development. La visione imprenditoriale, introdotta con la terza generazione della famiglia Pasqua, trova oggi piena espressione nel manifesto “House of the Unconventional”: una dichiarazione d’identità che racchiude lo spirito della cantina e ne definisce il posizionamento contemporaneo.
Audacia, tensione alla sperimentazione e curiosità verso il mondo sono i valori che guidano ogni scelta strategica e produttiva. I vini ambasciatori interpretano con coerenza questa filosofia, raccontando in modo autentico il dialogo tra territorio e visione creativa. Ogni etichetta nasce dall’incontro tra l’identità dei luoghi d’origine e l’ingegno di chi li ha concepiti, dando vita a espressioni enologiche capaci di coniugare radici solide e prospettiva internazionale.
La capacità di configurarsi come un laboratorio di ricerca, contribuendo all’evoluzione del mondo del vino italiano e globale, è valso a Pasqua il titolo di Innovator of the Year 2023 da Wine Enthusiast, tra le più importanti testate internazionali di settore.
Nel 2025 la cantina ha celebrato i primi 100 anni di storia. Nello stesso anno Pasqua è stata scelta dal winemaker Charles Smith come distributore global dei brand di House of Smith tra cui K Vintners, Sex e Real Wine, del quale è anche partner di minoranza. Sempre nel 2025, la cantina veronese ha investito nel progetto enologico dell’’attrice e icona di stile internazionale Carole Bouquet a Pantelleria, acquisendone la proprietà, combinando così visione enologica e tutela del patrimonio culturale dell’isola.
