VINIFICATION

After crushing and destemming, 15-day maceration with pumping over at 20–22°C. In February wine is transferred to Amarone pomace triggering a second fermentation. Aged in barriques afterwards.

TASTING NOTES

Intense aromas of wild cherries, forest floor and toasted notes. Round, soft, balanced palate.
