VINIFICATION

The grapes are pressed and lightly macerated on the skins for 4–8 hours at 6–7°C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 18°C, then blended and stocked before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

An unusual and interesting blend with distinct freshness and minerality. Notes of citrus and ripe green apples on the nose, white peach on the palate. Versatile and easy-drinking.
