VINIFICATION

Grapes vinified separately in steel fermenters. Fermentation with submerged cap at 20–24°C for 8–10 days with pumping over. Malolactic fermentation follows, then blending and bottling.

Modern style, flowing drinkability, typical Cabernet spiciness. Soft tannins and balanced acidity.
