It comes from the hills of the historic Soave Classico zone. The Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes undergo traditional white wine vinification, and after fermentation the wine remains for a long time on its lees in order to enhance its aromas and structure. The wine is straw yellow in colour, with fruity fragrances reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples and white peached, as well as delicate floreal notes. On the palate it is fresh, tangy and well-balanced.
A pale colored wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, peach and apricot, with a long and elegant finish.
Pairs well with light salad starters; gently flavoured pasta dishes and risottos; steamed or grilled white fish.
To be served at 10-12° C.
